Biography
Mr. Swapnil Patky has done master’s in microbiology and currently working as a research assistant at SKAN research with expertise in Microbiology and more than 2 years of experience in Bacteriophage Research.

Isolation and characterization of Pathogenic bacteria from patient samples.

Isolation of bacteriophages Against aerobic as well as facultative anaerobic bacteria as targeted therapeutics.

Clinical Microbiology and Bacterial Isolation
Isolation and characterization of clinically relevant bacterial strains from patient samples, including anaerobic and fastidious organisms.

Colon Model Studies for Gut Microbiome Modulation
Microbial interactions, community dynamics, and targeted regulation of the gut microbiome are studied under controlled conditions using in vitro colon and gut simulation models.
