The Gut Microbiome research is dedicated to the comprehensive study of gut microbial communities and their impact on human health and disease.
The facility supports end-to-end microbiome research, including sample processing, microbial DNA extraction, amplicon and metagenomic sequencing, culture-based isolation, anaerobic microbiology, and downstream bioinformatics analysis.
We also have expertise in microbial profiling, phage–bacteria interaction studies, metabolite-associated analysis, and multi-omics integration to better understand host–microbe interactions.
With a strong focus on methodological rigor, reproducibility, and translational relevance, the facility enables high-quality research across gastrointestinal health, microbiome-associated disorders, and therapeutic discovery.
